Nowadays,all kinds of engineering projects are changeable in form,complex in structure and increasingly tight in budget period.Therefore,the requirements for engineering project environment are becoming more and more severe.The traditional extensive project management mode can no longer meet the development situation of domestic construction industry.BIM Technology,as an important technical means,has gradually entered the construction industry.With the increasing popularity of BIM Technology in actual engineering projects,and its mature application in the construction process of some engineering projects,the management mode of the construction industry has gradually changed.Become the key technology of rewriting project management.However,there is a lack of a set of standard index system about BIM performance evaluation,which is used to measure the improvement of engineering projects after BIM Technology is applied,and to score and evaluate BIM application,so as to objectively and accurately quantify the role of BIM application in project management.Based on the analysis of the current application and development trend of BIM Technology at home and abroad,this paper finds that there is a lack of research on post application evaluation of BIM Technology.At present,the application of BIM Technology is concentrated in the early stage of technology application,and the research on post application evaluation is not in-depth study.BIM Technology performance evaluation should be the key finishing work of BIM Technology Applied to engineering projects,which can quantify the positive role BIM Technology brings to engineering projects,so as to put forward the necessity of building BIM Technology performance evaluation system.Secondly,the performance evaluation system model of BIM project is established.There are many fuzzy indexes in the performance evaluation index of BIM project management,such as technical application evaluation index,which can not be quantified.Therefore,considering the comprehensiveness of the indexes,it is necessary to select a comprehensive evaluation model that can guarantee the combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation.Based on the grey system theory,a BIM project performance evaluation system model is constructed,which can make full use of the existing white information and reduce the error.It provides a scientific and feasible reference for the smooth promotion of BIM performance evaluation index system standards.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method is used to study the actual project cases,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and grade the completion of project indicators,and the analysis and explanation are put forward accordingto the comprehensive evaluation results.It has practical reference value and beneficial reference for more scientific and reasonable evaluation of BIM project.
