Since the 21st century,with the increasing demand for private cars,Chinese automobile industry has developed rapidly,forming a diversified variety of spare parts and vehicle production supporting system,an increasing variety of new products,the industrial chain gradually improved,China has gradually developed into a dominant country in automobile production,and has made major breakthroughs in research and development,new energy technologies,the development and opening up of overseas.Since 2010,China began to enter the era of private car consumption,the automobile industry began to climb its position in the national economy and has become a pillar industry that has promoted the rapid economic growth of the country.Chinese automobile industry has made remarkable achievements,but there are also many problems.There is still a big gap between domestic autos and multinational autos in terms of brand influence,brand competitiveness,key component production capabilities,and core technologies.If domestic autos want to take a place in the cruel market competition,they must improve their competitiveness.We must objectively and comprehensively evaluate our own performance to improve our competitiveness.Automobile companies need to define their strategic goals and formulate reasonable performance evaluation index system to improve their performance and monitor the implementation of their strategic objectives.The Balanced Scorecard is the most effective tool for evaluating performance.It evaluates the performance of the company from four perspectives:finance,customers,internal processes,and learning and growth.Therefore,this essay uses the Balanced Scorecard as a research object in the performance evaluation of CC companies,and uses standard research,questionnaires,and case analysis to construct a balanced scorecard performance evaluation program that is suitable for the actual operation of the company,basing the analysis of the current situation and problems of current CC company performance evaluation.The thesis consists of five parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of this thesis's research,gives a brief overview of the research status,and expounds the overall research ideas and content of the thesis.The second part mainly introduces the theoretical knowledge of the thesis.Firstly,it introduces the performance evaluation theory,concepts and main processes.Then it introduces the definition of the Balanced Scorecard and the construction of the basic framework of the Balanced Scorecard.Finally,it introduces the definition and hierarchy of the AHP and the application in the Balanced Scorecard.This paper uses the Balanced Scorecard in the performance evaluation of CC companies as the research object,and uses the methods of normative research,questionnaires,and case analysis.Based on the analysis of the status quo and problems of the current CC company performance evaluation,the Balanced Scorecard is used as the evaluation tools to build a balanced scorecard performance evaluation program that is suitable for the actual operation of the company.
