Prefabricated buildings have the advantages of improving labor productivity,reducing resource consumption,and achieving sustainable development of the construction industry.In recent years,although my country has introduced various supporting policies and advocated the development of prefabricated buildings,there are still many problems in the development of prefabricated buildings in my country.Most of my country's prefabricated projects use traditional project management models.In the management,there are problems such as lack of systematic management,scientific and technological management,and low level of informationization.The traditional project management model has been unable to meet the development needs of prefabricated construction projects.Although the combination of EPC general contracting model and prefabricated building can make up for the backwardness of the prefabricated construction project management model,there are few relevant studies on the cost-effectiveness of prefabricated building under EPC general contracting mode in China.The relationship between the incremental cost and incremental benefit of the built-up construction is not clear,which makes the development of assembled buildings under the EPC general contracting mode lack motivation.Therefore,to promote the development of prefabricated buildings,we must not only innovate in the management mode,combine the EPC general contracting model with prefabricated buildings,and to realize the industrial integration of prefabricated buildings;The calculation model of incremental cost and incremental benefit of prefabricated building,analyzes the relationship between incremental cost and incremental benefit of prefabricated building under EPC general contracting mode,and clearly develops the advantages of prefabricated building under EPC general contracting mode.To support the development of prefabricated buildings.This article first combines the EPC general contracting model with the prefabricated building,analyzes the specific composition of the cost change and incremental cost of the prefabricated building under the EPC general contracting model at various stages compared with the traditional cast-in-place building,and constructs the EPC general contracting model The incremental cost estimation model;analyzes the change of the benefits of the prefabricated building under the EPC general contracting model and the specific composition of the incremental benefits,and constructs the incremental benefit measurement model of the prefabricated building under the EPC general contracting model.On this basis,the value engineering theory is introduced.Through the calculation of the value coefficient,the change relationship between the incremental cost and incremental benefit of the prefabricated building under the EPC general contracting model is analyzed.result.Finally,based on the cost-benefit analysis and value engineering calculations,the cost control measures and benefit improvement measures of the prefabricated building under the EPC general contract model are summarized.Through the research in this article,we can provide some theoretical support for the future research on the incremental cost and incremental benefit of the prefabricated building under the EPC general contracting mode,which will help the construction industry companies understand the prefabricated building under the EPC general contracting mode The relationship between incremental costs and incremental benefits,and formulate cost control and benefit improvement measures based on the relevant research in this article,and clearly define the benefit advantages of developing prefabricated buildings under the EPC general contracting model.It is conducive to provide a certain theoretical basis for the relevant government to formulate policies for the implementation of prefabricated buildings under the EPC general contracting model.
