Research On The Application Of EPC General Contracting Mode In Assembly Project Management

With the continuous acceleration of China’s economic development,changing the mode of economic development and enhancing the vitality of economic development have become the mainstream of current development.Therefore,the development of prefabricated building has become the key to the modernization of the construction industry.However,from the current development situation,prefabricated building has certain problems,whether in terms of technology or management,combined with prefab building.In the process of management,it is necessary to introduce EPC general contracting mode to promote the upgrading of prefab construction project management.Based on the analysis of the development and application status of prefabricated building,this paper elaborates the development status of EPC general contracting mode,analyses the main problems existing in traditional prefabricated project management,expounds the idea of introducing EPC general contracting mode into prefabricated construction project,and explores the necessity and advantages of applying EPC general contracting mode to assembly construction project.It is found that the application of EPC general contracting mode in prefabricated construction projects can reduce construction cost,shorten construction period,operate flexibly and realize effective risk transfer.Through the application mode of EPC management mode + concurrent thinking + BIM information management,a reasonable EPC general contracting mode for prefabricated construction projects is constructed.BIM technology can play an important role in design,construction and installation simulation,project data management,project information management and so on.The practical application of the project example verifies the actual effectiveness of the research results.The main problems of the current EPC general contracting mode in the application of prefabricated construction project management include the imperfect policies of government management departments,the imperfect corresponding technical system and too many restrictive factors in the market.On the basis of analyzing the causes of the problems,we should actively strengthen the government’s response measures,improve the technical system and improve the market environment,andpromote the application of EPC general contracting mode in prefabricated buildings.
