Decoration Engineering Cost Control Under General Contracting Mode

Under the continuous development of China's construction industry,the general contracting model has gradually become an important construction mode for engineering construction.The general contracting mode of the project is more in line with the construction characteristics of modern engineering construction.Under the impetus of the development of the construction industry,the decoration industry is also gradually promoting the general contracting mode of the project.It is a decorative project because of the large number of professional construction subcontracting projects,complex construction techniques,and many variables during the construction process.In the past,the cost of construction project cost management often exceeded the investment budget.This paper hopes to analyze the cost control problem of the general contracting decoration project at different stages,and actively explore the cost control of the decoration project under the general contracting mode.Methods and ways to promote the rationalization and scientificization of the cost control of engineering general contracting decoration projects.This paper first reviews the domestic and international engineering cost management theory and development history process and management status,and then analyzes the main influencing factors,existing problems and corresponding countermeasures of the general contracting engineering decoration project cost in the bidding stage,design stage,construction stage and settlement stage..Taking the decoration construction general contracting(EPC)project of a city's global tourism service center as the research object,the influencing factors of the project in the implementation stage are analyzed.Through the research on these influencing factors,some simple countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to provide reference for the whole process cost control in the general contract decoration project.
