At present,there are too many road projects every year,which have a great impact on the lives of the surrounding residents,which is related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood.Road construction enterprises must pay attention to risk identification and risk management of roads.How to complete the scientific risk assessment of road construction projects during the construction period of roads and risk management of road construction under risk assessment will become an important research direction of road engineering project management in the future.This article takes the road engineering construction risk as the research object,is divided into six parts altogether.The first part is the introduction,which discusses the background and significance of the research,the current research situation at home and abroad,and the content and methods of the research.The second part is the road construction project construction risk and identification evaluation.The third part,starting from the construction safety accidents of roads,bridges and tunnels,analyzes and analyzes the construction accidents by the end of 2016,combined with the theory of accident causation.The factor model of road construction project construction risk is put forward.The fourth part,taking the JS road as an example,carries out an expert investigation,and makes a fuzzy evaluation of the construction risk of the project.In the fifth part,the risk control measures are put forward in view of the results of the evaluation.Based on the particularity of road construction projects,the mechanism of accidents in road construction projects is put forward.The risk factors are five categories: personnel,environment,materials,equipment and management factors.Statistics on the common four kinds of construction accident types by using the fishbone diagram method from personnel,materials,equipment,environment and management factors of five aspects of risk factors for decomposition,analysis,combined with literature review,expert interview,and finally identify the road construction project construction risk factor model. |
