Research On Architectural Design Of Reconstruction Of Changqing Office Building To Archives

In developed country,the treatment of old buildings is not simply demolition,but "building renewal",and there are many successful works.This kind of thought is also influencing the architects in our country.Nowadays,although many buildings have been demolished by blasting in our country,people’s ideas have changed and they begin to seek renovation and renewal.But if the so-called renewal is only "the new clothes of the emperor",the attributes of the building itself have been cancelled,simple elevation changes have been made,and a large number of old buildings have been faced.Architecture is also impossible;and blindly pursuing facade while ignoring its intrinsic functional attributes,the author believes that it is also not advisable,only based on the current relevant norms,functional replacement and facade updating simultaneously can make a building glow with new vitality.This paper takes the renovation of office building of Changqing Oilfield Construction Company as an example.After thorough understanding of the renovation methods of office building and the development of enterprise archives at home and abroad,through in-depth surveying and mapping,the actual function distribution,traffic flow line layout and fire protection facilities of the building are sorted out,and on this basis,the feasibility of the renovation is analyzed.Based on the current relevant national norms,this paper puts forward the principles and strategies for the renewal design of the building.According to the actual situation of the building and the requirements of the owners,after formulating a reasonable design task book,the renovation design of the building is carried out separately from three aspects: the internalspace of the building,the external space of the building and the renovation of the building shape.The author hopes that through this study,the building will be renewed,and provide reference ideas and theoretical basis for other office building renewal design currently under way.Chapter 1: Introduction.This chapter first explores the research background and significance of the subject,and deeply understands the prophase of the project.It explains the significance and reasons of the author’s choice of the subject from three aspects.After that,the research contents,objectives and key scientific problems to be solved are sorted out,and whether there are other solutions to the old buildings besides blasting demolition is listed,and what specific problems remain to be solved.Then through data collection and collation to analyze and summarize the status of domestic and foreign research,from these data to absorb nutrients,not only pay attention to its design techniques,but also pay more attention to the background of the project,hoping to get some ideas for the follow-up design of the project to provide reference.Finally,the overall framework of the main content is listed,which lays the foundation for the later design research.Chapter Ⅱ: Research on the Development of Enterprise Archives and the Renewal of Existing Office Buildings at Home and Abroad.The main content of this chapter is the preliminary content of the whole research.Firstly,the definition and functional composition of enterprise archives are studied.Through understanding the development process of enterprise archives in developed countries in Europe and America,the trend of enterprise archives is studied.Then,starting with the research on the development of domestic office buildings in recent years,this paper makes a preliminary study on the analysis of renovation cases of existing buildings at home and abroad.Finally,it summarizes the design methods of the existing office building renewal at home and abroad,and summarizes three main design entry points: 1.elevation renewal;2.indoor space renewal;3.external environment renewal and renewal,and gives examples to analyze the design methods of the three entry points,which lays the foundation for the design and transformation of the following chapters through examples.Chapter Ⅲ: The current situation of office building of Changqing Oilfield Construction Company and the overall strategy of its renovation.The main content of this chapter is the basic analysis of the existing buildings,such as the location of the office building,the status quo analysis,while understanding the current storage of archives and owners’ needs.Afterwards,in view of the actual situation that should be paid attention to in the renewal design process of the reconstructed office building,how to improve the utilization rate in the process of functional replacement of the internal and external space,and at the same time meet the urgent needs of the enterprise for the archival space.The principles that should be followed are enumerated as the guiding ideology of transformation design.The overall strategy is to start with the indoor and outdoor space,first solve the replacement of its functions,streamline updating,and study whether it meets the requirements of the current norms,how to improve the unsatisfactory areas;and then improve the facade energy saving,material selection and so on.Finally,on the basis of the current norms,the feasibility of the project is analyzed,and the general methods to solve the problems of new and old norms and function updating are studied step by step.Finally,the feasibility of the project is analyzed and summarized,which lays a foundation for the design and research of the following chapters.Chapter Ⅳ: Research on interior space renovation design.The main content of this chapter is one of the core contents of the whole research.Firstly,a detailed investigation of the existing buildings is carried out,and a reasonable economic and technical index is determined as the basis for the follow-up work.Secondly,according to the actual situation,more in-depth study of the domestic and foreign transformation programs,analysis of its design techniques.According to the analysis of the adaptability of the internal functions of the existing buildings,the design method is discussed,which provides a theoretical basis for the functional transformation of buildings.Based on the above analysis,a relatively reasonable functional transformation design is studied.Thirdly,the paper analyses the traffic flow lines of each floor of the existing buildings,and studies how to make the new traffic flow lines conform to the new functions and the relevant national norms without major adjustment of the existing vertical traffic.Finally,the fire protection situation of the current buildings is analyzed in depth,and the existing problems are found layer by layer.Based on the requirements of the current fire protection code,the transformation methods are put forward,so as to carry out the transformation design.Chapter Ⅴ: Research on the design and reconstruction of building elevation.Firstly,the author makes a detailed investigation and analysis of the existing buildings.Secondly,according to the actual situation,the design method of the facade of the reconstruction building is studied,the material and color are analyzed,and the facade transformation design is carried out on the basis of the analysis.Finally,based on the current energy-saving evaluation standards in Shaanxi Province,the thermal performance of the buildings and envelopes,building windows,glass curtain walls and envelopes after design and transformation is self-evaluated.The result is that the transformation meets the "Energy-saving Design Standards for Public Buildings".Chapter Ⅵ: Research on the design of external space renovation of buildings.The main content of this chapter is a detailed analysis of the concept,type and classification of the external space of the building.On this basis,the external function,streamline and greening of the building are studied.Secondly,the existing buildings are investigated in detail.According to the actual situation,functional zoning,traffic flow and fire fighting conditions are studied and analyzed.Based on the above analysis and arrangement,the traffic flow lines in the external space of the existing buildings are reconstructed,and the coordination and connection between the external and internal functions are considered at the same time.Finally,the outdoor fire protection situation of the current building is analyzed in depth,and the existing problems are searched district by district.Based on the requirements of the current fire protection code,the way of transformation is put forward,so as to carry out the transformation design.Chapter Ⅶ: Conclusion.This chapter first summarizes the research results,emphasizes the necessity of the current reform research again,and then looks forward to the trend of China’s reform and renewal,and finally reflects on the shortcomings of the paper.
