Research On The Update’s Renovation Of Office Buildings

With the daily life mode and work mode changing with each passing day, the renewal of office building is more and more fast.Because of the social process of information technology great changes of office space and office mode have happened,more and more office buildings are faced with varying degrees of aging. With the functional life of office buildings shortened, the building renovation has become a necessary means to extend the physical life of office buildings. As one of the important inducing factors,the changes of building design standards and architectural aesthetic also lead to the office building renovation.Aiming at different office building types, this paper summarizes different corresponding transformation methods and measures, launches researches on the aspects of building function,infrastructure, building structure, combined with the project practice explores the systematic procedures and methods of office building renovation.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter- "Introduction" : the origin of this study, the purpose and significance of the study, theoretical review, research methods and the framework of the paper, etc...The second chapter-- "The implementation procedures of the office building renovation and the transformation types" : by elaborating the implementation procedure of the office building renovation,the study builds a system of office building renovation process and classifies the existing office building renovation types, proposes four important technical points of office building renovation- the building reconstruction condition evaluation, design and transformation, green transformation and ecological, external form renovation.The third chapter-- "The transformation methods on the three major systems of the office building renovation" : the study combines with the actual cases at home and abroad, summarizes transformation methods in three system levels of function reconstruction, facilities optimization, improved structure,elaborates the specific implementation measures and means of the office building renovation.The fourth chapter-- "Zhengzhou Business Incubator Park renovation design practice" : according to the author’s participation in the design of practice project, the paper elaborates and analyzes the transformation methods applied in the office building renovation project in actual construction operations. In view of a series of problems encountered in the construction process, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions and guiding the construction of practical office building renovation in the future.The fifth chapter- "Conclusion" : summaries the office building renovation content analysed in the text and points out the significance of the office building renovation.
