Research On The Renovation Strategy Of Existing Office Buildings Based On Green Concept

Since the new century,the concept of green and sustainable development has become the focus of the world,and the construction area also pay more attention to the development of building that meeting green concept.This paper based on the "green concept" to study the relevant strategies of the existing office building renovation,and combined with the Italian Milan research summary for analysis.The purpose of this study is that domestic begins to pay attention to the relevant fields,but it is still lack of research in this field.This paper takes the "green concept" of the comprehensive perspective,and provides new ideas for the existing office building green renovation that has a certain practical significance to those can not meet the existing norms or face of eliminating on urban development.That highlighting the characteristics of research of Milan has a certain reference on the development of this field in China.The research methods of this paper are field research,reviewing literature,comparative analysis,and comprehensive induction.Put forward the "green concept" of this article,summed up through theoretical combing.On the basis of this concept,analyize the practices of domestic and foreign.Do research analysis and classification analysis according to the characteristics of Milan in Italy.At last,combining theory and practice,sum up the following four aspects of the renovation strategy,including adapting to the background of the environment,respecting for the historical context of the building appearance renovation;meeting the needs of office functions of the building function renovation;meeting people-oriented and the personal comfort requirements of the architectural comfort renovation;and focusing on saving resources and energy conservation and environmental protection of the building details and technological renovation.The main contents of the study include:In the first and second chapters,the theoretical research on the green renovation of office buildings introduce the purpose of this study,and the general situation of the research in domestic and abroad.And is to grasp the theory of green,green building and building renovation,and combining the characteristics of existing office buildings,that put forward the relevant goals and the "green concept".The third and fourth chapters of the practice of research and analysis of the Milan in Italian are to understand the Italian city renewal policy,Milan’s urban background and existing office building renovation of the status quo and development,and conducted a practical research and analysis to do a classification analysis of the characteristics of the city of Milan,to explore and try to sum up the prominent features and learn from of Milan in the existing office building green renovation.In the fifth chapter,the strategy of green renovation of office buildings is summarized,and the architectural renovation strategy corresponding to this idea is put forward according to each "green idea",and the combination of theory and practice is combined with the characteristics of Milan’s research practice.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the study,summarizes the paper,and puts forward the reference and thinking about the green renovation of the existing office buildings in China.
