Research On The Design Of Apartment For The Aged Based On Positive Psychology

Nowadays,the elderly are not only pursuing basic living security,but their demands for quality of life and spirituality are also increasingly prominent.The apartment for the aged,be as a professional pension institutions,should not only be a place to provide basic living functional needs for the elderly,but also be a place to meet the spiritual needs of them.So that the elderly can have a positive attitude and enjoy the elderly life.The theoretical system for the design of apartment for the ageds is not yet enough perfect.The designing of apartment for the ageds will be as the research object in this paper which based on the theory of positive psychology.It divides into four parts:1.Understanding the physiological mechanism of positive emotions and analyzing the needs of elderly for positive psychology and the relationship between positive emotions from the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,so as to prove the necessity of using positive psychology in the designing of apartment for the ageds.2.Analyzing domestic and foreign experience cases for positive emotions,learning the advantages,analyzing the problems and strategies of the design of the apartment for the aged in combination with the cases and related materials.3.Creating a relational model about environmental elements and positive emotion by using MultivarateLinearRegressionMultipleFeature to explore the relationship between interior design features and positive emotion,which provides new ideas and methods for the interior design research of senior apartments.4.The research and theory of the previous chapter are combined with reality and applied to realistic project design.Based on the design of apartment for the ageds to meet the elderly’s living needs,stimulate positive emotions and a higher psychological level of practical research method is proposed in this paper.It will improve the design validity for future apartment for the aged designs and provide new ideas and methods for the indoor environment design of the apartment for the ageds.
