Landscape Design Of Elderly Apartment Based On Aged Group Psychology

As the cities in China have gradually ushered in the aging society,the population aging has continuously aggravated.Under the circumstance,the demand of landscape and environment design of the apartment for the aged has become increasingly prominent.Nowadays,insufficient senior housing apartments have been built conforming to the mentality of the elderly,in particular group psychology.Through the comparative analysis of the research of relevant fields at home and abroad,the deficiencies of the apartment for the aged in our country are identified in the paper.Based on the study on the historical evolution of the apartment for the aged,the paper makes rational judgment of tendency of the apartment for the aged in the near future.In addition,the paper contains the exploration on the physiological function,psychological feeling and behavioral characteristics of the elderly.Starting from the group demands of the elderly,the paper carries on the investigation on the elderly group psychology and makes data analysis,in an attempt to solve or ease the troubles of the elderly due to unfulfilled group mind in the apartment for the aged.Specifically,multiple aspects are elaborated including the location selection of the apartment for the aged,the management of the apartment for the aged and the interior landscape.This paper consists of five parts: The first part provides the background,the purpose,the significance and the method of the research,and summarizes the structure of this paper with research from China and abroad.The second part provides summaries of relevant theories on the apartment for the elder and application of fruit of relevant research,which mainly analyzes and illustrates the apartment for the elder and psychological conditions of the eldersystematically,and further researches on the applicable theoretical fruit and identified the particulars and necessity of the psychology of and the need for spatial environment of the senior group.The third part investigates several apartments for the elder in field and further researches on the space for the elder.The fourth part provides the result of questionnaire survey for the seniors living in apartment for the elder to acknowledge the psychological needs of the seniorgroup and to conduct research on design of space specifically.The fifth part,through practice of graduation design,The graduation design practice was intended to combine endowment and factory renovation for mutual integration of part of the features.Taking advantage of the popularity aroused by the plant renovation,it attempts to help the elderly come back to society by creating the mix-type apartment for the aged and introducing the migrant bird residing mode,so as to achieve the maximum group satisfaction of the elderly.
