The Module Industrialization Design Of The Apartment For The Aged

Under the background of population aging and developing green sustainable building industry,this paper takes the building type of apartment for the aged as an example,and does research on its module industrialization.The purpose of this paper is to combine the industrialization of the apartment for the aged with modern architecture and the development of assembly,to realize the sustainable development of the old apartment,and to promote the development of the old-age building to the industrialization.The research results can also provide reference for the industrialization of residential,dormitory,hotel and other architectural types.The design of this paper is composed of five parts.The first part is the preliminary study,which mainly analyzes and summarizes the cases of the apartment for the aged,and discusses how to design the modules in the modular space.The second part is hierarchical and modular coordination module,mainly based on the function of the elderly apartment to classification module,and discusses how to under the modular space to create a modular space.The third part is the standardized design,mainly the composition of the analysis module,to discuss how to design the modular design with the elderly apartment,how to form the standardized apartment of the old people's apartment.Then a module composition table,a list of modules composed of eight modules and a combination of pension rules and a standardized family chart are obtained.The fourth part is construction,integration and assembly.The structure part of the module considers the structure of the module,the skeleton structure and the connection node of the module;The integrated part considers the integration of water supply and drainage,electricity,pipe well and surface layer;The assembly part mainly considers the production of the module in the factory and the installation on site.The fifth part is the practical application,through the actual design of the old apartment in the mafu courtyard,the possibility of the assembly of the pension module is discussed.
