Research On Agile-Lean Management Model In Medical Device Software Project Of E Company

The government's continuous investment in the construction of primary health care system as well as the aging of the population and the improvement of people's living standards,have continued to drive demand for quality medical services and bring new growth opportunities to the future medical equipment market.E company has more than 20 years of experience in R&D and production of medical equipment.In order to cope with fierce market competition,it is urgent to study the management mode of medical equipment software R&D project under the new situation to improve development efficiency,improve product quality and deliver competitive products.Based on the review of domestic and international project management research,this paper analyzes the current situation of E company's medical equipment software R&D project management and performs SWOT analysis of E company's medical equipment business,proposes the improvement needs and direction of E company's medical equipment software R&D project management.Then the paper analyzes the effectiveness and feasibility of applying lean development to improve E company's medical equipment software R&D project management.Basing on the analysis,the concept of agile-lean management model,which follows the iterative and incremental development of Scrum,is defined.The agile-lean management model extends the Scrum framework and is consist of roles,meetings,Kanban and outputs.Then the paper analyzes the application of agile-lean management model from the aspects of project role management,iterative planning management,value stream management,quality management and continuous improvement management.Finally,the thesis studies the application of agile-lean project management mode in the anesthesia machine software project.The results show that the agile-lean project management model proposed in this paper brings significant improvement in the demand management,on-time delivery,product quality assurance and team development.The medical device software development project agile-lean management model proposed by the thesis improved the performance of E company medical equipment software R&D project management.While providing reference for other E company projects,it also provides guidance and reference for many companies in China that are or will undergo agile and lean transformation.
