The Case Study Of Agile Management On Ship Repair Project

The aim of the article is to find the ways how to improve project management of ship repair project in H shipyard.Article explains reasons of the most important factors of failures in project management.Therefore the research on schedule management is based on case study methodology.Article also mentions the basic principles of these methods of traditional project management and agile project management.The article is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,in which the background,purpose and significance of the research are described,and the research content,research methods and technical route are also explained;the second chapter is the text of the case.The brief introduction of H shipyard is introduced in the text of the case,the characteristics of ship repair project are also briefly described,and typical cases are described.Chapter three is case analysis,in which the problems in the case are summarized and analyzed.Chapter 4th is the countermeasure of agile management of ship maintenance project,and puts forward some suggestions and methods to solve the problem in this chapter.In this paper,the application of agile project management in ship repair project is studied.The results indicate positive impact on product performance of the ship repair project and improving customer satisfaction and suggest that the way is a potential solution for managing ship repair projects or similar projects.
