Research On Progress Management Of A Automobile Group Mbership System Project Based On Scrum Agile Management

Project management has a history of development for decades.Nowadays,the pace of project management is getting faster and faster,and the competition in the market environment is becoming more and more fierce.To a certain extent,the linear thinking in traditional project management methods has been a little weak,or it has been a little delayed.Project management needs a more flexible and fast method of thinking to respond to market/customer needs,and agile project management methods have emerged as the times require.An Automobile Group is an international giant in the field of automobile manufacturing and sales.In recent years,with the homogenization of automobiles becoming more and more serious,car-buying customers have finally become an important resource for various car manufacturers to compete for the first time.In order to enhance the customer’s brand emotional stickiness and quickly respond to the changing needs of customers,the company introduced the Scrum agile management model at the beginning of the construction of the business system.In the process of system construction,there are still problems such as delayed delivery,substandard delivery quality,and frequent changes.How to optimize and solve the current predicament of the company is a topic worthy of study.This paper starts from the status quo of the progress management of the A Automobile Group membership system construction project,collects various problems currently faced by the project through a brainstorming meeting,and defines the feedback heat of the problem according to the repetition of the problem.Then,selected the most popular issues(including schedule formulation,schedule implementation,and schedule change control),conducted in-depth analysis and sorted out,and found the root cause of the problem.Finally,combined with the previous study and research on project schedule management and agile project management related literature,the corresponding optimization plan is proposed and applied in the subsequent sprint process of this project.After 6 sprints of practice,the actual iterative execution data shows that problems such as delivery delays and substandard delivery quality have been improved to a certain extent,which provides an idea of Scrum agile optimization for other business system projects of An Auto Group,and also provides a basis for the follow-up Researchers who have doubts on the road of Scrum practice provide some optimization ideas and practical examples.
