| In the current development environment,with the rapid development of information technology and networking,and with the support of the Internet,big data,intelligence and other technologies are inexorably promoting the upgrading of the third Industrial revolution to the fourth Industrial revolution.Domestic mainstream commercial vehicle enterprises continue to promote the capacity building of the new four modernizations,such as intelligent network connection.New car manufacturers have entered the market with innovative business models and digital marketing means,and put forward higher requirements for the development of traditional car enterprises.It is urgent to use digital software technology to promote innovation and breakthrough.Therefore,the development level and results of digital software project depend on the management level and mode of the project to some extent.H commercial vehicle enterprise is one of the world’s top 500 enterprises.With the development of the industry,there are many models with various configurations and frequent updates and iterations,and the product characteristics determine that it must meet the market demand for rapid response.To some extent,its software development projects determine its sales level and its position in the whole industry.Taking H commercial vehicle enterprise as the research object,this study takes the idea of raising,analyzing and finally solving problems as the idea.Based on the current research results and the existing Agile Scrum framework theory,combined with qualitative research,normative research,empirical research and other methods,the feasibility of H commercial vehicle enterprise software project management optimization is analyzed and demonstrated.The optimization path and safeguard mechanism are proposed.Specific research conclusions are as follows:First,the organizational structure and business status of H commercial vehicle enterprise project management are clarified.Based on this,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the employees of H commercial vehicle enterprise,which basically covered employees of different genders and ages in the enterprise,and further conducted a descriptive analysis on the questionnaire data.It is found that H commercial vehicle enterprise has problems in the software project development and management process,such as low efficiency of team management,difficult control of demand changes,failure of project value to meet expectations and effective accumulation of organizational process assets.Secondly,based on the four major problems extracted in the software development project of H commercial enterprise,the internal reasons for each problem are analyzed.To be specific,the low efficiency of team management in H commercial vehicle enterprise is mainly due to the lack of clear team post responsibility specifications and communication mechanism for team members.There are three main reasons for the difficulty in controlling demand changes: unclear demand due to insufficient customer participation in the early stage,project demand based on expectations and assumptions,and constantly changing user ideas.In addition,the problem of project value not meeting expectations is mainly due to the lack of periodic verification and review of results and quality verification later in the life of the project.Finally,the lack of effective accumulation of organizational process assets is mainly due to the lack of unified entry and exit process management standards and the lack of practical experience in mainstream project management tools.Thirdly,aiming at the problems existing in the software project development of H commercial vehicle enterprise and their causes,the optimization path is put forward.Specifically,it includes three aspects: optimizing the project organizational structure,building a more reasonable project management process and applying a more scientific project management method.Organizing agile R&D team and establishing good communication mechanism,introducing agile project management process and defining key measurement indicators of project management,integrating agile project management methods and promoting the use of agile project management tools are specific measures.Fourthly,in terms of the problems existing in project management in the software development process of H commercial vehicle enterprise and the main optimization methods,further put forward the support measures for the project of H commercial vehicle enterprise.In detail,this chapter puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the support of team organization structure,the realization of project management process and method,and the guarantee of project incentive mechanism.From the perspective of team support,H commercial vehicle enterprise should ensure that team members have a deep understanding of their own functions and responsibilities,and at the same time ensure the autonomy of team members.In addition,from the perspective of project management process and method,H commercial vehicle enterprise should strengthen the training of project management process standards to ensure the rationality of project management process and the applicability of project management method.Finally,H commercial vehicle enterprise should improve the incentive system of the project and strengthen the training of project management talents,so as to achieve the smooth implementation of H commercial vehicle enterprise project.Based on the analysis of the practical problems exposed in the process of enterprise software project management,this paper guides the practice based on the theory,proposes a scientific and effective optimization path for the current software project management,and unified the project management process and standards as well as the promotion and communication mechanism,so as to put forward referable suggestions for the software project management of H commercial vehicle enterprise and similar enterprises. |
