With the continuous development of the information age,the Internet economy has become one of the pillar industries of global economic development,leading the continuous innovation of science and technology.Company J is a software company focusing on information products in the electric power industry,and has provided excellent information products and services for electric power companies for many years.The emergence of technologies,such as the gradual application of artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,and big data,has brought new hopes and new challenges to the company’s software product innovation.The traditional project management method has been unable to meet the current increasing demand.Through business growth,more and more problems have been solved: demand changes cannot be responded to in time,process supervision mechanisms are not perfect,replacement quality and efficiency are low,and so on.Through the transformation of the company’s internal project management method,to solve the problems mentioned above,continue to bring efficient solutions are the problems that J company needs to solve urgently.Based on the perspective of agile project management,this paper takes the agile transformation of J company in the electric power industry as a case study and analysis of the software R&D management process.Based on the software R&D project process management practice process,combined with the basic ideas of agile development,with the goal of improving J company’s software R&D process.Through the implementation of a series of reform measures,the company’s overall R&D efficiency and product quality have been significantly improved,thereby enhancing the company’s market competitiveness,gaining more trust from customers,and making company have a broader future.First of all,through the study of a large amount of literature,the traditional project management process,agile methods,and the ideas and theories of Scrum are sorted out,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent analysis of the software R&D project process problems of J company and the design of corresponding improvement measures..Secondly,through internal interviews,questionnaires and other analysis,we found the company’s problems in demand management,internal resource use,etc.,and clarified the goals and scope of the software R&D project improvement.Then,based on the existing problems,guided by the theory and practice of agile thinking,and with reference to the Scrum development method,the improvement ways for the project demand management and resource use of J company were formulated,and the software development process measures and measures that were more adapted to the current environment were reshaped.Institutional norms.Finally,by summarizing the implementation process and improvement of the company’s S project,a comparative evaluation of the practical effect was carried out.In summary,through the research on the process improvement of J company’s software R&D project based on agile Scrum development method,a series of existing problems of the company have been solved,and the quality of the company’s products and team efficiency have been improved while responding quickly to customer needs.Customer satisfaction has increased significantly,which has further improved the company’s ability to output and organize solutions,and provided a certain reference value for the improvement of the software development process of companies in the same industry.
