Research On The Optimization Of Staff Training System In Welding Workshop Of A Company

With the rapid development of economy,in a sense,the competition among enterprises is the competition of training.Through training,the overall quality and management level of the whole enterprise team can be improved,the value increment of human capital can be realized,the core competitiveness of enterprises can be enhanced,and then the market will be won and benefits will be obtained.Major enterprises have realized the importance of training,but in training,it urgently needs to solve the problem of how to combine employee personal development channel with training organically,and how to align employee personal development goal with enterprise development goal.In order to better realize the goal of employee growth and enterprise performance improvement,fully mobilize their training enthusiasm,stimulate their greatest potential and improve their comprehensive ability and quality,this paper took the employees in welding workshop of Company A as the research object,and took empirical learning theory,human capital theory,learning organization theory,training demand analysis theory and training effect evaluation theory as the theoretical basis of this paper.Through literature analysis,questionnaire survey and employee interview,it started from four dimensions of training process system,training course system,training teacher system and training guarantee system to investigate,diagnose and analyze the current training situation of welding workshop staff in Company A and propose a new optimization design scheme for training system.According to the diagnosis,it was found that there were eight shortcomings in the training of welding workshop staff in Company A at present,which were irregular training process,lack of training demand analysis,unreasonable training evaluation and feedback,unreasonable training curriculum,weak training teacher ability,imperfect training management system,poor diversity of training methods,and lack of attention by the leaders and employees of welding workshop of Company A.Based on the above problems,starting from the construction of a scientific and reasonable training system,this paper put forward the design optimization suggestions to improve the training system of welding workshop staff in Company A from the four dimensions of the purpose,principle,goal and content of the training system.Among them,the objectives of training system design were divided into short term and medium-long term objectives,and the design principles of training system followed the principles of consistency,systematization,practicability,investment efficiency and diversity that met by the strategy of Company A and the development requirements of its welding workshop.The content of the training system is optimized from the analysis of training needs,the division of training objects,the training teacher system,the training curriculum design,the training mode,the training goal formulation,the training implementation,the evaluation and feedback of the training effect.On this basis,in order to ensure the normal operation of the training system,the implementation guarantee of the training system was also put forward from five aspects of teachers,funds,organization,system and culture.From the perspective of training system,it took the diagnosis and analysis of the training system of welding workshop staff in Company A.The purpose of this paper was to improve the comprehensive ability and quality of welding workshop staff in Company A,to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees to participate in training,to stimulate the maximum potential of employees,to play an incentive role,and to achieve the goal of employee growth and enterprise performance improvement.
