Clean Air Conditioning System Design In GMP Training Workshop And Its Role In Vocational Training Courses

The fundamental content of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices for Drug) is to ensure drug quality, to prevent the batch confusion, mixed contamination and cross contamination during the drug manufacturing. The gist of the GMP system is that drug quality should be assured through the designing and producing process, rather than the testing process. The idea of prevention must be stressed and a quality assurance system should be established during the manufacturing process to guarantee the drug quality.The advantage of vocational colleges over general colleges and universities lies in that the vocational colleges aims at training practical, application-oriented talents, which could be achieved only by the training courses. The basic principle of the curriculum construction in the vocational colleges is to highlight the idea of experimental teaching; that is, to develop students’practical ability so that they can take their roles quickly. Through the training courses, this goal could be achieved more effectively.Based on the manufacturing process of the training workshop, this paper reviews the development of the GMP certification system and explores the design and application of clean air conditioning system in the pharmaceutical factory. In the design of air conditioning cleaning system, according to the general control principle of the design system, the design scheme of the cleaning conditional control system is identified; misunderstanding in this system is mentioned in particular on the premise of Temperature and Humidity Control and pressure control; in the design of ventilating and air conditioning system, according to ventilation and air conditioning, the technical scheme of the cleaning conditional control system is put forward and the design of the clean air conditioning ventilation unit is identified; finally, after taking civil design, requirements for the interior decoration materials, environmental protection, fire safety, labor safety and energy conservation into consideration, the construction design of the clean air conditioning system is completed.
