The fuel utilization of straw is an important direction for the development of clean energy.Increasing the fuel utilization of straw can not only alleviate the contradiction between the supply and demand of fossil energy,but also reduce the carbon emission intensity of the energy supply side.my country has large-scale straw resources available for development and utilization.An important way to use straw as a fuel is to generate electricity from biomass power plants.The current biomass power generation industry in my country is developing rapidly,but the high logistics cost of the fuel supply chain restricts industrial development.A major bottleneck is embodied in the difficulty in collecting straw raw materials,the complexity of the main body involved in the straw transportation link,and the lack of systematic management of logistics behavior among market entities.Analyzing the straw supply chain logistics mode and cost composition,and optimizing the supply chain logistics cost has certain practical significance.This thesis takes the straw fuel supply chain logistics as the research perspective,and systematically studies the straw supply chain logistics model,logistics cost composition and influencing factors,and logistics cost model.Firstly,the relevant research objects are defined,and the main modes of straw supply chain collection,storage and transportation and the characteristics of different modes are analyzed and combed;secondly,the main cost composition of each link of the current straw logistics is analyzed,and the difference in the cost of straw logistics under different logistics modes is compared.Summarized the problems of the straw logistics cost;and built an indicator system of factors affecting the straw logistics cost on this basis,combined with cases to score indicators under different logistics modes;finally constructed a straw logistics cost mathematical model under different logistics modes,Combined with project examples,the economics and differences of logistics costs under different modes are analyzed,and the direction of straw supply chain logistics optimization is proposed.The research results mainly include:(1)The straw supply chain logistics model can be divided into two types:simple decentralized and complex intensive based on the differences in logistics links.Among them,"farmers+cooperatives+power plants" and "farmers+purchase stations" The complex and intensive logistics model based on professional purchasing and storage companies)+power plants is the main development direction;(2)The cost of straw logistics is mainly composed of collection costs,storage costs,transportation costs,and processing costs.The transportation costs are relatively high.The main reasons leading to the high cost of straw fuel;(3)The factors affecting the logistics cost of the straw supply chain are complex.Based on field investigations and related research reports,an index system of influencing factors of straw logistics cost is extracted,and the ISM model is used to classify the influencing factors.The ISM model shows that the distance between resource islands,reasonable inventory,and vehicle transportation capacity are the direct factors that affect logistics costs.A hierarchy analysis-entropy weight method is used to determine the composite weight of the indicators,and the indicators are classified and combined according to qualitative and quantitative indicators.Score,apply the index system to cases to obtain a comprehensive score of various logistics costs under different logistics modes of the project;(4)Based on the key factors affecting the cost of straw logistics,construct a mathematical model of straw logistics cost,according to the simple decentralized type and complex intensive type.This logistics model subdivided the cost model of each link of logistics,and the actual data of the project showed that the use of complex intensive model has obvious cost advantages over simple decentralized model.This thesis combs the current straw fuel logistics mode,analyzes the cost composition of straw logistics under different logistics modes,constructs an index system of factors affecting logistics costs,evaluates different logistics modes,and calculates and compares the cost of straw logistics under different logistics modes.It provides a reference for biomass power generation companies to choose the straw logistics model,which is conducive to enterprises to control and optimize logistics costs and improve economic benefits.The research results can also provide reference ideas for industry development and policy planning. |
