With the continuous progress of science and technology and the continuous enhancement of the national economy,China's automobile enterprises have achieved rapid development.However,the fierce competition,rising prices and other costs have become a hindrance to the continuous development of automobile enterprises.How to control the cost effectively and enlarge the profit target of the enterprise is very important to the automobile enterprise.Research shows that about 75%-90%of the cost of the product life cycle comes from the product design stage and the manufacturing phase.Therefore,it is of great significance to focus the cost control on the product design stage.The purchasing cost of material accounts for a large proportion of the total cost,followed by the manufacturing cost.Therefore,in this paper,through the optimization design and cost reduction as the guiding ideology,the supply chain cost control research will focus on the selection of materials and the optimization of the layout of solder joints in two aspects,and carry out.Firstly the composition of supply chain cost control is analyzed,and points out that the research object is the direct cost in the supply chain cost,that is,the cost of the product.From the perspective of engineering technology,the domestic and foreign research status of supply chain cost control and its driving factors To summarize the basis for the follow-up study.Secondly,through the study of material selection methods at home and abroad,it is pointed out that the research methods of most material selection are mainly from the function of the product,considering the performance and manufacturability of the material,and lacking the influence of the supplier price discount on the material selection.On this basis,the mathematical model of price discount strategy and its related research are analyzed.Based on the study of the optimization method of solder joint layout at home and abroad,a method of optimizing the solder joint layout based on homogenization cycle iteration principle is proposed.Thirdly,the mathematical model of vehicle body material and structure combination optimization based on supply chain price discount is constructed.The material type of the part is directly used as the design variable and together with the thickness constitutes the design variable space.Build cost analysis model based on price discount.Taking the material selection of the key safety components of a car as an example,the mathematical model is solved by constructing the approximate model and selecting the NSGA-? algorithm to consider the quality and cost of the components under the premise of ensuring the safety performance.Finally,the simulation results are simulated and verified.Finally,using the proposed method of solder joint layout optimization,we will use the body joint as an example to establish a solder joint arrangement based on the principle of homogenization cycle iteration.By determining the design variables,constraints and optimization targets,isight will automatically drive the simulation process Iterative calculation,and finally come to a variety of programs,and structural performance and cost comparison and analysis.
