Research On Logistics Cost Control Of Haier Group Based On Supply Chain Management

With the continuous progress of modern information technology such as big data,people’s daily offline purchase has gradually been replaced by online purchase.It has a greater impact on the production and operation of enterprises.The competition between companies is heating up.As the "third source of profit",the role of modern logistics in the enterprise is gradually showing.and its status is increasingly prominent.Companies are paying more and more attention to logistics cost control,which has a greater connection with the profitability of the company.However,because the state support is not enough,the group control is unfavorable,etc.,compared with developed countries,our country has a great development space in logistics cost control.At present,the logistics activities of most companies are still dominated by the traditional logistics cost management concept and logistics distribution mode,and there are many deficiencies in the aspect of logistics cost control.In this case,enterprises should carefully manage their logistics costs and and strengthen the level of logistics cost control is an effective way to reduce costs and increase efficiency and improve the competitiveness of enterprises in domestic and international markets.The traditional logistics cost control only concentrate on the logistics costs within the enterprise.However,at the strategic level,SCM scientifically analyzes every link from a global perspective,and comprehensively considers all business departments within the enterprise and strategic partners outside the enterprise to scientifically supervise and each logistics cost of the enterprise is monitored and controlled scientifically so that the total cost of supply chain logistics is within the expected target cost.Based on the above background,it is necessary to study the logistics cost control based on supply chain management.In the study of logistics cost control of Haier Group based on SCM,literature study,case study and qualitative and quantitative analysis are adopted.Combining SCM and logistics cost control theory,Haier logistics cost control is analyzed locally and comprehensively from the perspective of SCM.In the summary of the implementation effect of logistics cost control,it is found that there are problems in the current logistics activities,which will have a direct or indirect impact on cost control.In view of the problems,we put forward the initiatives to further optimize each link,and put forward the improvement measures of logistics cost control based on SCM,so that Haier Group can better achieve the goal of logistics cost control,coordinate and integrate all activities involving logistics within and between enterprises into a seamless process,reduce logistics costs and enhance the economic benefits of the enterprise.In addition,research on logistics cost control of enterprises based on SCM will also provide a certain reference for other manufacturing industries in our country.
