Case Study On Supply Chain Cost Control Of B Automobile Enterprise

With the increasing trend of economic globalization and the wide application of information technology,the market environment is becoming more and more complex,the competition among automobile manufacturing enterprises is becoming more and more fierce,and the cost control of supply chain has been paid more and more attention by major automobile manufacturing enterprises.Today's automobile manufacturers should not only pay attention to the costs within the enterprise,in order to be able to gain a foothold in the changing market,enterprises urgently need to strengthen the exchange of enterprises with all aspects of the supply chain,to extend the scope of attention to the enterprise in an entire supply chain of upstream suppliers,downstream distributors and even end customers.Mastering the cost control method based on the whole supply chain is the only way to deal with the complex market environment.This paper takes B automobile enterprise as the research object,analyzes the cost control of B enterprise from the angle of supply chain.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of supply chain cost and supply chain control by using the method of literature lookup and case analysis,and finds that the enterprise lacks the overall concept of supply chain information management platform and supply chain by explaining the present situation and effect of B enterprise on purchasing cost,Inventory cost and marketing cost management.It is urgent to refine the purchasing control process,improve the Inventory cost control system,and enhance the training of downstream distributors.The article from the incentive aspect to the distributor cut into the marketing cost control,has the strong reference significance to the other enterprise in the automobile industry supply chain cost management.However,due to the limited level of research,the reading and research of the literature is not thorough enough,and the specific situation of each enterprise is different,the article research to a certain extent has limitations.
