As one of the important pillars of the economy development,the construction industry is closely related to the society and the life of the people.At present,in the fierce market competition in our country,the quality of construction project is the most essential in the engineering construction and the key to determining the quality of the project.Today,when the project cost,working procedure and methods are basically transparent,The level of project management and project quality management has become the key of the competition between the contracting parties.When the construction unit puts forward the construction quality goal,it often puts forward the acceptance of the project through the Great Wall cup and the red card site acceptance to reflect the level of quality management.But with the construction going on,in order to pass the acceptance inspection,the construction unit has to increase the manpower,material resources and capital input to pass the acceptance,which has caused certain losses to the construction unit.Therefore,there are both theoretical and practical meanings in engineering project quality management learning.The project belongs to industrial and commercial buildings.The construction period is tight,the amount of construction is large,the funds are limited,the subprojects are staggered,and each subcontract team carries out cross-construction at the same time.These problems have brought great difficulties to the quality management of the projects.This article will use the project quality management method to consummate the project quality management plan and carry on the analysis to the DSJ project quality management question,then finds out this project quality management in the heavy difficulty,It also sums up some common problems of project quality management in the whole industry,and puts forward some reasonable and feasible suggestions,hoping to make the subsequent project quality management reference and avoid the recurrence of such problems.Through some project management,quality control system and the use of new technique in the process,the problems above can be solved,the products can be satisfied and confirmed,and the expected quality target can be achieved,and the high turnover fine management can be achieved.And we could reduce unnecessary waste and expenditure and establish good reputation.In this paper,the background of quality management in engineering projects and the current research situation at home and abroad are reviewed in detail,and the research ideas and methods are put forward.Then,the relevant theories of quality management and control of engineering projects are summarized and analyzed,such as 4M1 E method,PDCA management.This paper briefly introduces the general situation of DSJ engineering project and the characteristics and difficulties of quality management,analyzes the bad present situation of quality management which are the problems of this project,uses the paper learning method to find out the main aspects of quality management problem,and then selects by Delphi method and Pareto method.This paper evaluates the key reasons of the main aspects of DSJ project quality management,adopts the idea of quality control of PDCA cycle,and discusses the concrete operation flow of the main aspects of quality management.This paper introduces the guarantee system of DSJ project quality management and the verification of its implementation effect.In the research of this paper,the most important thing is to find out the most important aspects that affect the quality of DSJ project,that is,the specific reasons of the participants and materials,which is the focus of quality management of this project,and then according to the order of changing five elements from human machine material method environment to PDCA management and control,we carry out detailed strategies and measures in this link.Therefore,this study not only achieves the quality management objectives of DSJ project,but also enriches the research of domestic project quality management.
