The quality of supporting parts of suppliers has an important impact on the quality of the whole vehicle in the OEMs.The establishment of quality loop according to PDCA cycle method can make the process system of supply and demand related to form a unified whole,and jointly optimize and improve the quality of finished products.At the same time,PDCA cycle method is also suitable for supplier enterprise parts quality management The main contents are as follows:The present situation of supplier quality management and control and the principle of PDCA method are summarized.Taking the jitter fault of the supplier’s view mirror system in the trial production of the new heavy truck model of S company as an example,this paper seeks for the solution of the product fault and achieves the purpose of improving the supplier management.From the perspective of three factors of excitation source,response and transfer path,The primary quality control cycle PDCA was established,and the causes were investigated by comprehensive investigation,observation and exchange experiment.The influence of the vehicle mirror dither under different conditions and working conditions was tested,and the supplier products of the last two factors were determined as the cause of dither.The main problem solving approaches are discussed,PDCA small rings are established respectively,and the jitter fault parts are mainly improved.Analyzing and improving the vibration response supplier’s products,using the quality loop improvement method,establishing the rearview mirror supplier’s Secondary quality control loop PDCA small loop,evaluating the new rearview mirror supplier,re-establishing the supplier,and meeting the supplier’s requirements of high quality and advanced production.In view of the newly established supplier verification product problem,further optimization and improvement of rearview mirror structure were carried out by three-level PDCA sub-cycle.Take measures to strengthen the lateral stiffness of the rearview mirror shell,increase the strength and toughness of the material,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the jitter,so that the direct cause of the rearview mirror products improve each time the quality of a step,continue to show the effect of step up improvement and optimization.The transmission path supplier’s products are analyzed and improved,and the vibration characteristics of the engine mount structure are transmitted and improved to attenuate and reduce the vibration transmitted by the engine to the body.Set up the PDCA small ring of the quality control loop of the suspension supplier,check the suspension and re-open the mold for production.According to the localization of the assembly casing and the localization of the main spring,the schedule is planned by stages.Test key dimensions and focus on static stiffness,dynamic stiffness and other performance control.The root cause mount products are optimized and the quality performance is controlled by maintaining the batch production stability and consistency.Through the PDCA scientific and effective management technology method,the application of large ring and small ring,continuous cycle improvement,so that S company and the supplier formed an organic whole,effectively solve the vehicle idle vision fuzzy fault,improve the stability of the rear view mirror supplier and mount products.This method has a wide application prospect in automobile and other industries.
