The Optimized Stragety Research Of Cw Company’s Quality Management System

From the domestic market,we have experienced the“11^thfive-year plan”and“12^thfive-year plan”.China’s home appliance industry has gone through a prosperous development period with strong market demand at home and abroad.At the same time,it also experienced a huge impact on the development of the industry when the financial crisis came.Under the support of several policies to stimulate domestic demand,China’s home appliance industries become one of the industries with international competitiveness.CW Company is a new high-tech enterprise in the household appliance manufacturing industry,its main products are refrigerators and washing machines.With the progress of science and technology,the competition in the household appliance manufacturing industry is increasingly intensified,and the changes in the company’s internal and external environment will affect its own development.The thesis mainly studies the optimization of CW Company’s quality management process,and reintegrates its quality control process,hoping to improve its product quality and meet the needs of sustainable development of the enterprise.Firstly,this paper summarizes the definition of quality and quality management as well as the theories related to quality management process,and introduces the development stage of quality management.Meanwhile,it analyzes the theories and methods used by CW Company in optimizing process by using total quality management theory,quality management system standard and PDCA cycle theory,and summarizes the research progress at home and abroad about quality management.Secondly,Pareto and questionnaire are adopted to find out the problems of CW Company’s quality management from both positive and negative aspects,and corresponding theory are used to analyze the problem and find out the cause of the problem.Thirdly,SIPOC model,PDCA cycle theory and ISO9001:2015quality management system standard are used to identify all processes of the whole system.Then the key elements of"turtle diagram"are used to optimize the design of these processes,at the same time,combined with the product cases,the optimized scheme is applied to the actual production process.Finally,the paper proposes countermeasures from five aspects:leadership consciousness,organizational culture,human resource management,working methods,and establishment of system.In this way,the optimization scheme can be implemented smoothly and effectively.This study is of great significance to improve CW Company’s quality management level,and has formed a set of improvement strategies suitable for quality management and control of manufacturing industry.At the same time,it also has a good reference for other enterprises in the same manufacturing industry to improve product quality.
