| At present,a large number of development district have been built in various parts of China,which has contributed to solving the problem of housing for the masses.Because of the large scale of development projects in residential districts,it often needs to invest tens of millions of yuan to hundreds of millions of yuan,and the construction time is long,sometimes the construction is started separately in several stages.The construction units of various projects are different,and the construction participants in the development district are numerous,which makes it difficult to coordinate.At the same time,the objectives pursued by the participants are different,and the management attitudes and abilities are quite different.Some developers are profit-oriented,only pursuing enterprise profits,ignoring the management of real estate quality of construction projects;construction units are not in place,construction management is not scientific,and do not know how to use scientific management methods to control the quality of development projects.This will easily lead to problems in the construction quality management of development district projects.We must seriously study the construction of such projects and adopt reasonable construction quality management methods to ensure the construction quality.The construction quality requirement of KH Development District project is high,and the construction period is long.In addition,two construction units carry out construction by stages,which makes the project construction quality management more difficult.In the research,we insist on the theory of overall project quality management as the guiding theory,and deeply analyze the various influencing factors of construction project quality.According to the procedure of construction quality management,through pre-investigation,the quality information is mastered and the quality target is determined.According to the study of the influencing factors of construction quality in KH development district,the control measures are put forward to ensure the overall management of construction quality.On this basis,a scientific and reasonable construction quality plan for KH development residential area is worked out,and various measures are studied to strictly implement the construction quality plan.Meanwhile,through the application of quality management techniques such as Pareto,problems in the quality management of specific construction work are found and countermeasures are put forward to ensure the development of KH.The goal of construction quality of residential buildings is successfully achieved. |
