In recent years,the new energy automobile industry has developed rapidly,even after many setbacks and many detours,the industry generally thinks that the new energy automobile is the future of the automobile industry,and our country has always encouraged the development of high-tech new energy enterprises,while Yinlong New Energy Company is a more typical new energy automobile enterprise with higher technology level.This paper first summarizes the theory,methods and tools of strategic management,then analyzes the internal and external environment of Yinlong New Energy Company,analyzes the political environment,industrial environment,current predicament and future trend,superior ability and core competitiveness of Yinlong New Energy Company,and evaluates the evaluation matrix of internal and external factors.Through the overall analysis,it is preliminarily considered that Yinlong New Energy Company faces both opportunities and challenges.The opportunity is that the overall trend of national policy is still good,and the infrastructure of new energy passenger cars is gradually improved.The challenge is that the product competitiveness is relatively weak,the quality management is not in place,and the ability of market expansion and R & D is weak.By establishing S WOT matrix combinations and using multiple combination strategies,it is proposed to jointly propose a greater share of the market based on existing technologies: bus as the main application area,through the introduction of enhanced talent,increased investment,increased capabilities,enhanced testing,production and marketing of products capabilities,taking advantage of their own technological advantages to occupy the market,while continuously developing new technological routes to continuously update technologies to achieve the integration of the iterative products described.Innovative business model,further extend the industrial chain,new technology revolution in the wave,take positive measures and suggestions,combined with emerging technology,artificial intelligence and 5G network to formulate strategies to achieve their own strategic positioning and objectives.hope to other new energy automobile enterprises for reference.
