With the concept of green ecological environment and sustainable energy development put forward,the world energy economy is gradually moving towards a low-carbon economy.Under the increasingly serious pressure of globalization,environmental protection and sustainable energy development,the traditional automobile manufacturing industry is facing new opportunities and challenges.The traditional automobile industry urgently needs to be transformed and upgraded to a new energy with low energy consumption,low emissions and low pollution functions.Automobile meets the current requirements of ecological low carbon sustainable development,and the development of new energy vehicles has gradually become the development trend of the automobile industry.China has invested a large number of researchers and preferential policies to promote the development of new energy vehicles.Under the favorable environment created by various preferential policies,China's new energy automotive industry is developing rapidly.Guangzhou Automobile Group actively responds to the call of the country and joins in the new energy automotive industry.At present,there are plug-in hybrid vehicle GA5-PHEV,GA3S-PHEV,2017 version of Chuanqi GS4 PHEV,and GE3.With the support of the government and huge subsidies,despite the increasing sales of Guangzhou Auto Chuanqi New Energy Vehicles,there are many problems in Guangzhou Auto Chuanqi New Energy Products through research and market feedback.The main negative effects are reflected in three aspects: quality,shape function and after-sales service.In terms of quality,there are some related problems such as abnormal sound of rotating axle,short endurance and poor comfort;in terms of modeling function,the product structure is single,the function of modeling and interior decoration is insufficient,and there is no unique style element of its own;in terms of after-sales service,the infrastructure is incomplete,the number of market-shared charging piles is small,and long-distance travel is inconvenient.Due to many factors,the development of new energy automotive products in Guangzhou Automobile Group is relatively backward and the competitiveness of products is insufficient.Under the state's strict monitoring of new energy automobiles and ensuring the healthy development of new energy automotive industry,the development of new energy automobiles in Guangzhou Automobile Group is insufficient.Therefore,Guangzhou Automobile Group needs to formulate a strategy to support and guide the development of new energy vehicles.This paper mainly studies and analysis of new energy vehicles at home and abroad in various policy of our country vigorously support the development of the environment of new energy automobile industry development present situation,based on the strategic management theory,through literature analysis and other research methods to analyze GAC the development strategy of new energy vehicles.The article also will use the SWOT analysis method to transmit the GAC industry and the competition environment for the development of new energy vehicles were analyzed,and points out that GAC the development strategy of new energy vehicles,strategic goals and strategic choice,and to transmit the GAC strategic Suggestions for the future development of new energy vehicles industry,developed a series of GAC new energy development strategy implementation measures,mainly for the perfect infrastructure,majority cities by population density thick user to develop in the surrounding areas,layers of progressive and continuous construction;Information integration of research and development related resources,reasonable distribution,using grasp the forefront of new technology to change existing production best-selling models and focus on modelling of prospective gene research and development to establish its own style.At the same time provide the corresponding security measures to ensure smooth implementation strategy to provide.
