| As we all know,atmospheric pollution and abnormal climate have an impact on people's lives nowadays.Fuel truck is one of the main culprits.The harmful gases emitted during the driving process seriously threaten the environment and human health.Economic development can not be separated from energy.As an important part of energy in China,oil mainly depends on imports.Once oil resources are exhausted or cut off,it will cause political,economic and social unrest in the country.However,the power resources are very rich and renewable.Vigorously developing new energy vehicles,replacing oil with electricity,and reducing the emission of these pollutants will effectively alleviate these pollution problems and be conducive to the sustainable development of our country.In order to encourage the vigorous development of new energy vehicles,our government has issued a series of favorable policies and measures in policy,economy,technology and society.Company B is one of the most representative enterprises in the new energy automotive industry.Although it has made good progress in recent years,there is still a big gap in comparison with the same type of international automotive enterprises in the world.Therefore,it will be a challenge for the company to formulate an international development strategy and further promote the degree of internationalization of the company.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant theories and the research status at home and abroad.Then,it uses PEST,SWOT and other analytical methods to analyze the internal and external environment and advantages and disadvantages of B company.Finally,through the above analysis and according to the situation of B company itself,it gives the corresponding suggestions for international development and international warfare.The slightly implemented safeguard measures will promote the stable and rapid development of the new energy automobile industry of Company B and even our new energy automobile industry in the future. |
