For most small and medium-sized airlines in China,sticking to a low-cost development route can guarantee the company's profitability and win a place in the fierce competition with other airlines and other alternative transportation companies.To take the path of low-cost development,then reducing operating costs is the key.In the airline operating costs,the inventory cost of aviation materials accounts for about 20%.Studying how to reduce the inventory cost of aviation materials is the key to reducing the operating costs of airlines and improving the profitability of the company.XX airline is one of the airlines that take the low-cost development route in China.The inventory cost of the company's aircraft spare parts have increased year by year,and the inventory turnover rate has remained at a low level for a long time.The main reason is that it has the following problems in the inventory management of aircraft spare parts: In the initial inventory management of aircraft spare parts,it is based on the recommended aircraft list(RSPL)provided by the aircraft manufacturer or the original manufacturer(OEM);In the follow-up inventory management of aircraft spare parts,according to the daily consumption of aviation materials inventory,the monthly monthly inventory,and the annual consumption of the warehouse,the purchase plan for the inventory of aircraft spare parts is formulated.The initial inventory management method ensures that the aviation material guarantee rate is maintained at a high level for a long time,but does not pay attention to the control of the inventory cost of the aircraft.In the follow-up inventory management method,the parameters are set by experience,which is easy to cause inventory backlog.This paper proposes the following solutions:In the initial inventory management of aircraft spare parts,taking into account the initial stage of the introduction of new aircraft,the lack of aircraft stability data,fault data,the establishment of a single aircraft material security rate as an independent variable,the overall guarantee rate of aircraft spare parts is the constraint conditions,the overall cost of aircraft spare parts is the smallest as the model of the objective function,the goal of minimizing the overall cost of the aircraft spare parts is achieved under the premise that the overall guarantee rate of the aviation material is not reduced.Then use Python programming optimization algorithm to select the actual data of 50 airlines of an airline for comparison.The results show that the total number of recommended aircraft materials and the total cost are more than the recommended spare parts list provided by the original manufacturer and each production cooperation manufacturer.The recommended value of(RSPL)is better.In the follow-up inventory management of aircraft spare parts,the multi-factor ABC classification management is first carried out on the inventory of aircraft spare parts,and then the Adam neural network method is adopted for the A-type aviation materials to improve the accuracy of demand forecasting,and the accuracy of the prediction is proved by the example.The inventory cost and the inventory of aircraft spare parts have dropped significantly,which can solve the problem of inventory backlog of aircraft spare parts.For the consumable parts management in the subsequent aircraft spare parts management,this paper uses the optimal order quantity(EOQ)to improve the inventory management level and verify it by example.Achieve the goal of reducing inventory costs and improving the company's operational capabilities and profitability.The new two kinds of inventory management methods used in this paper can be used for other airlines in the actual operation of aircraft spare parts inventory management and aircraft spare parts inventory cost management.
