In recent years,with the rapid development of urban rail transit in China,there are urban rail train maintenance model variety,maintenance of spare parts of a wide range.Through the field investigation and analysis,the current spare parts management of urban rail transit has the phenomenon of overstock and out of stock.Through the research,it is found that the reasons for this phenomenon mainly lie in the inventory department’s poor management and control of spare parts inventory.Specifically,the inventory classification of spare parts is not scientific,the demand forecast of spare parts is not accurate,and the inventory control of spare parts is not targeted enough.Combined with the industry background and the characteristics of rail transit spare parts,it is of great significance to study the suitable classification method of spare parts,select the accurate and effective demand prediction algorithm,and formulate the targeted inventory control strategy to alleviate the inventory status of rail transit spare parts and improve the level of rail transit service.The work of this paper is mainly divided into the following aspects:1.ABC classification based on AHP is used to classify the maintenance spare parts of rail transit.The characteristics of rail transit spare parts are analyzed,and six influential factors are selected as the influencing factors of spare parts classification by comparing with the traditional methods.2.ARIMA algorithm and LS-SVM algorithm were used to forecast the demand of maintenance spare parts.This paper analyzes the characteristics and demand rules of urban rail transit maintenance spare parts,selects ARIMA algorithm and LS-SVM algorithm for continuous and intermittent spare parts,and conducts modeling and prediction by pyhton software.3.(Q,R)inventory control strategy is adopted to manage the inventory of class A spare parts,and(t,S)inventory control strategy is adopted to manage the inventory of class B and C spare parts.Different inventory control strategies are analyzed and compared.With the goal of minimizing the total inventory cost,the inventory control variables of different types of maintenance spare parts in rail transit are calculated so as to achieve efficient and accurate control.4.Taking GD company as a case,combining with theoretical research and field practice,complete the work of spare parts classification,spare parts demand prediction and spare parts inventory control.To sum up,a set of complete spare parts inventory management method is put forward in this paper,which is of certain reference significance.
