A certain power company built a number of spare parts warehouses on the basis of the substations under its jurisdiction.After the substation has experienced equipment failure,it can allocate spare parts to handle the faults.Due to the large number and types of spare parts and equipment needed during the operation of the substation,the spare parts store needs to store a large number of spare parts.The higher spare parts inventory will occupy too much capital,and the lower spare parts inventory may affect the substation fault handling.This article has developed a set of substation spare parts inventory management system,unified management of all the spare parts database within the jurisdiction,through the deployment of spare parts and fault prediction analysis to improve the utilization of spare parts,and through the means of information to improve the management efficiency of spare parts library.Firstly,this article investigates the purchase,storage,inventory,use,and other aspects of substation spare parts management,and consults a large number of documents to determine the functional requirements of the system;then,according to the system requirements,the system functions are divided into modules and business processes.Design,sequence diagram design and database design,etc.Finally,system coding and testing were performed,and a large number of functional component modules were used,which reduced the development difficulty and development cost of the system.Substation spare parts inventory management system functions include spare parts storage management,spare parts allocation tasks,spare parts inventory forecasting,spare parts warehouse monitoring,and basic information management.Spare parts storage management adopts RFID equipment and two-dimensional code scanning equipment to realize automatic collection of spare parts and warehouse data,reducing manual intervention.The spare parts inventory forecast mainly expects the storage requirements of spare parts in the future period,which can effectively reduce the spare parts inventory.Spare parts warehouse monitoring is based on the video camera at the key position.The administrator can observe the key locations of the spare part library through the video.If an abnormal situation occurs,the system informs the spare part library administrator through SMS or alarm call.At present,the substation spare parts inventory management system is in the trialoperation stage and operates stably.In the trial operation stage,the auxiliary spare part warehouse administrator of the substation spare parts inventory management system improved the management efficiency and reduced the work intensity of the warehouse manager.
