Study On Optimization Of Production Operation Management Of FW Auto Parts Company

With China’s economic development and improvement of people’s living standards,automobile has become an indispensable means of transportation for people.People’s demand for automobile products drives the development of relevant automobile production industries.As a traditional manufacturing industry,auto parts provide basic parts support for auto production.With the further development of reform and opening up,traditional auto parts processing and manufacturing enterprises are facing the fierce competition from home and abroad.Compared with foreign auto parts manufacturing enterprises,Chinese auto parts manufacturing enterprises have problems such as outdated management mode and backward technology,and are at a disadvantage in the competition.This paper mainly studies from the perspective of production operation management,which is of great significance to the sustainable development of traditional manufacturing enterprises.This study mainly takes the production and operation management of FW auto parts company as the research content.The main research methods adopted include literature research method and case analysis method.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign literature,this paper summarizes the relevant theories of production operation management that are of great guiding significance to this study,and lays the theoretical foundation for this study.Around the FW auto parts company production operation management issues related to research,analyze its existing organization structure,personnel management,production operation management process,the production plan and material requirement plan management,quality management,site management,inventory management problems,these problems seriously affect the operation of FW company car parts production management orderly,restricting the FW company improve market competitiveness.In view of the problems existing in the production and operation management of auto parts of FW company,this paper focuses on the optimization of the solution and the specific implementation.In the aspect of production operation management optimization plan design: design the overall idea of optimization plan,determine the overall objective and organization of optimization,define the management process,select scientific management tools,and formulate the preliminary production operation management plan;In the concrete implementation of optimized scheme: improve production operation related resources configuration,to carry out the production plan and material requirement plan,adopt the lean production mode,the implementation of total quality management,to strengthen the security management,strengthen the production workshop management and supervision,improve and guarantee the implementation of inventory management mode,set up information management platform.Through the implementation of the optimization plan,the production efficiency of FW auto parts company is significantly improved,production cost is effectively reduced,and the production operation management system is initially established and improved continuously.At the same time,it also provides some reference value for the optimization of production operation management of other manufacturing industries.
