| Both Six Sigma management and Lean Production are the uppermost quality management models in the world.Lean Production focuses on value identification and value flow,eliminating waste,so as to create a proactive and continuous self-improvement corporate culture and efficient operation system.Six Sigma management focuses on systematic and scientific problem-solving.Through systematic and mathematical analysis,identify key points of problem,find out the root causes,make improvement and control,and confirm effectiveness.More and more enterprises try to combine the two models,which not only establishes the enterprise quality culture of active improvement,but also has a scientific and systematic improvement system.As a fresher of new-energy automobile industry,C company doesn’t have enough experience of automobile design and manufacturing.So many Quality KPI can’t be achieved,such as FTQ,CQA and other process quality indicators,which led to a series of vicious circle problems,such as unstable quality,delivery delay and cost rising.Therefore,it is urgent to improve process quality control.Through study of Six Sigma,lean production and Lean Six Sigma,analyze their advantages and disadvantages in this thesis.Based on current situation of C company Manufacture process quality management,analyze the problems to find out the reason and the necessity of Lean Six Sigma implementation.Then use DMAICⅡ Process of Lean Six Sigma to make the significant quality improvement of decklid lamp upper matching.The first stage is Define.The quality issue status was studied.Customer requirements were understood with SIPOC and VOC.Sorted out the key characteristics.Then we defined the project target,scope,team and schedule.The second stage is Measurement.Use process flow chart,fish bone diagram and C&E Matrix to identify the major factors of the problem.And analyze the reliability of the measurement system in this project.The third stage is Analysis,we analyze the the major factors one by one to identify the critical factors.We get the critical factors step by step in aforesaid 3 phases,then step into improvement and standardisation control.The next stage is Improve,solutions will be made for the critical factors and be verified the effectiveness,then assess the potential risk.The last stage is Control.Standardize the improvement measures and update the process and quality standard documents.Through the improvement case.we point out the problems in implementation,and get the guarantee requirement and evaluation methods for the smooth implementation of Lean Six Sigma.In conclusion,Lean Six Sigma is fit for C company to improve process quality control.Finally,the research results of this thesis are summarized,and the future research is prospected. |
