In addition to the special conditions in the development of pension real estate,it is very important to solve the diversified needs of the elderly at multiple levels and to match the economic affordability of the elderly.How to innovate in the post-management model,how to Continue to make a profit.China’s housing problem is not only the basic living rights of residents but also the needs of life.Good old-age real estate is directly related to whether the elderly’s old-age environment can be effectively improved.Based on this,this paper analyzes and summarizes the physiological,psychological and activity characteristics of the elderly in this area by focusing on the old-age real estate in the northwest.First,the overall characteristics of the aging problem at home and abroad are discussed at the same time.At the same time,the status quo of excellent cases at home and abroad is analyzed and analyzed,and the basic structure and research value of this paper are clarified.Secondly,the paper discusses the key concepts,and integrates various theoretical points such as landscape design,environmental behavior,ergonomics,psychology of the elderly,and concepts related to old-age real estate.At the same time,it conducts field research and questionnaire surveys.The statistical results are summarized to sort out the problems existing in the outdoor public space of the old-age industry and the various causes of these problems.Thirdly,for the current actual problems,based on the perspective of the majors of the students themselves,the behavioral and psychological aspects of the elderly are taken as the starting point to form a supporting solution.At the same time,the concept of safety and comfort of the outdoor space environment of the old-age real estate,the principle of participation in communication,and the principle of legibility are the key points of the design,and the conceptual design of the actual project is made. |
