China currently has entered the aging society. The higher an aging population base, the faster the increasing number. This is certainly the case. Which makes the development of China’s pension and endowment residential design services business severely restricted.On the one hand, this article starts from the pension estate interior architectural design. Considering heir own physical condition and psychological factors, its interior architectural design should be consistent with the physical and psychological characteristics of the elderly. According to the pension estate interior architectural design requirements, accessible design, ease of use, identifies legibility, comfortable home environment, safety design features were made.On the other hand, this paper analyzed the development status of China’s pension service business under the social background of an aging population, and expounded China Construction Content of pension services.
