| aggravating and pension programs for residential real estate in the world aging population in the country’s scarce, this paper presents the pension estate for residential landscape design to create space in Chengdu approach proposed in terms of siting, planning, site layout, etc. scientific, feasible design techniques.In this paper, the "living pension + health active aging" as the design goal, the author combines practical work experience related to the project, carried out from a scientific perspective analysis and discussion of the problem. Measures proposed design for the residential real estate project in Chengdu pension landscape to create a way for the elderly physiological, psychological, social activities, the demand for life events, the use of scientific analysis concluded.This paper is divided into six sections:Part1: Introduced the domestic and foreign pension estate development status and the elderly living in social issues, and then started as a design discipline for the elderly how to provide a comfortable and healthy life problem analysis.Part2: Through the analysis of the elderly physiological, psychological, activities and other aspects of demand, find and summarize the real life needs of the elderly.Part3: The main analysis of Chengdu pension environment, culture, climate and other natural conditions and social policy, to find a meeting point between Chengdu and needs of older persons.Part4: For the second and third part of the analysis and summary of proposed pension for Chengdu residential real estate landscape design to create ways. And practical work experience combined with the author proposes a practical and feasible solutions.Part5: Feasibility of the author and Chengdu R & D center in Shenzhen Vanke and Vanke Chengdu pension for pilot projects to do research projects to verify the author’s proposed design ways and means.Part6: Through argumentation and former expounds five parts, the design of landscape optimal aging is inevitable, landscape need to stand on the elaborating how to think in terms of more human a happy old age life for the elderly. At the same time the landscape design need to integrate multiple disciplines of interdisciplinary research and discussion, especially in medicine, health, fengshui. |
