Environment Design Of Pension Resort Based On Humanized Concept

Under the background of the aging of the population worldwide,the aging population of our country is also gradually deepened,from the fifth population census in China in the 21 st century,China's 65 years of age or older population account for6.96% of the total population,population account for 10.2% of the total population over60,according to the United Nations health organization for the definition standards of an ageing society,since the early 21 st century in our country has formally entered an aging society.In recent years,the Chinese government has put forward some favorable policies for the aged,especially in the aspect of the living environment for the aged,striving to create a humanistic living environment for the aged.Therefore,the application of humanized concept in the environmental design of pension resort has become an important measure to improve the quality of pension environment.With the continuous development of social economy,China's per capita income and per capita consumption level gradually increase,part of the elderly on in later life quality also put forward higher request,the traditional family pension mode have already can't meet the demand of the elderly quality of life of old age,together with the rapid development of modern transportation industry,constantly promoting the fusion of pension and tourism industry,the pension resort concept also arise.This article from the perspective of human nature idea to the elderly based on the survey of demand for environmental design,first of all,has been clear about the humanity,pension resort,environmental design and other related concepts,through the relevant theoretical research and case at home and abroad were reviewed and comb,physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the aged is analyzed,based on the perspective of human endowment resort environment design has been proposed the design principles and design methods.Secondly,taking the Elderly resort project of Changgang Town as an example,the geographical location,cultural conditions and natural resources of Changgang Town are summarized to provide theoretical support for the environmental design of the elderly resort in Changgang Town.Finally,through the third chapter concludes the overall environment design method,control the scale of elderly living method,reasonable functional partition method,complete supporting facilities,outdoor landscape design method to guide the construction of long gang town endowment resort project specific conditions,the site overall environment design,function partition design features,project design made the concrete design practices.
