A Research On The Micro-reconstruction Design Of Shanghai Lane Meker Community

In recent years,the establishment of Shanghai’s “Global Science and Technology Innovation Center” transformation and innovation development goals and the transformation of Shanghai’s urban renewal system has clarified the concept of organic renewal and community development of urban miniaturization,refinement and micro-reconstruction.However,Shanghai Lanes,which used to be the concrete expression of Shanghai’s urbanity and modernity,has carried the civilization and value of Shanghai’s urbanization development process,but it seems to have a “disconnect” phenomenon with the current Shanghai urban development.In order to make better use of Lanes’ value advantages,continue Lanes’ culture,and integrate with urban development,the paper proposes a research on Lanes’ micro-reconstruction through the theme of "maker" settlement.The main research contents include:This paper analyzes the general dilemma,needs and self-advantages of Lanes renewal in the context of existing urban renewal,and explores new directions for Lanes’ renewal methods and research on the sustainable development of Lanes’ culture.First of all,the six major needs of Lanes’ renewal are explored from three aspects: the value deviation of Lanes,the thinking of the existing renewal model,and the current status of Lanes.This paper further analyzes Lanes’ inherent advantages,current advantages and potential advantages,from problems to needs to a full understanding of its own advantages,and gradually guides Lanes to seek a benign community cycle update mechanism,so that Lanes’ healthy development and value can be revealed.First of all,this paper expounds the current situation of maker space cognition,speculation and homogenization of existing space models from the predicament.Based on the analysis of the existing difficulties,needs and advantages of space development with maker as the main body in China,this paper hopes to solve the fundamental problems of the sense of belonging and identity of maker living space with the premise of the integration of industry and residence,and proposes an intensive innovation and entrepreneurship community development direction with maker living as the main body.First of all,this paper expounds the current situation of maker space cognition,speculation and homogenization of existing space models from the predicament.Secondly,it puts forward five major needs for the development of the maker community and combines its own advantages to find a space carrier suitable for transformation into a maker community.In view of the need to inject new power into Lanes’ culture,block renewal must closely follow the pace of promoting urban innovation and transformation,and the sense of belonging of the maker space community.First of all,through comparison,this paper concludes that the Shanghai Lanes Maker community has the advantages and disadvantages of complementarity,relevance and feasibility of micro-reconstruction,and analyzes the value goals of the Shanghai Lanes Maker community’s micro-reconstruction.Secondly,based on the complexity of Lanes’ own development,multidisciplinary cross-disciplinary discussions are needed,starting from two aspects: the implementation path and design strategy of Shanghai Lanes Maker community’s micro-reconstruction.Through exploring three approaches of management,process,and design,and in-depth analysis of the design principles,design methods,and public space creation design elements of Shanghai Lanes Maker community from the perspective of micro-renovation design,this paper proposes a specific transformation method.Finally,the feasibility of the micro-reconstruction of Shanghai Lanes Community is further verified by the preset project Yuqingli and Yongqingli micro-reconstruction design.The organic combination of the two has protected and updated the Lanes community culture,optimized the layout of urban blocks,created a livable,commercial and tourism friendly living area with Shanghai urban characteristics,incubated and cultivated creative talents,and promoted the sustainable development of Lanes new culture.
