| With the development and improvement of my country’s market economy system,enterprises have become the main body in market competition.For an enterprise to succeed in the competition,the key point is to complete the company?s predetermined goals.The executive power of an enterprise is the core element of accomplishing the goal.Therefore,improving corporate execution is the key to corporate competition and sustainable development.Since Larry Bossidy and Ram Charan put forward the concept of executive power,theoretical and practical research on executive power has become the focus of attention of some scholars and business managers.This article takes GSSJ company as an example to launch a case study of corporate executive power from the perspective of corporate culture.This article first analyzes and summarizes the research results on corporate culture and execution at home and abroad.Secondly,the questionnaire on the influence of execution was designed using literature and the elements of executive power,and the research methods of investigation and research,factor analysis,data statistical analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,difference analysis,and empirical and case analysis were used to analyze practical problems in GSSJ’s execution.Then,it analyzes the key driving factors influencing execution from the gap between execution goals,execution culture construction,skill level,execution process specifications,management supervision methods,etc.,and the company’s management department and actual survey results.One is that in the management of objectives,the strategic objectives are not effectively analyzed and decomposed.The objectives have merely become the company?s goals and have not been decomposed into individual goals,so there is no personal implementation standard in the implementation process;the second is that the core values are vague,and also there is no supervision of the execution culture,so there are reasons why the execution ability cannot meet the requirements;the third is that the organization process is not standardized,which leads to blurred processes,unclear responsibilities,and receiving tasks become opportunities,and there is no cultural support for the implementation of standardized management,resulting in high execution ability not required;the last,performance appraisal is not perfect,and there is no systematic employee growth mechanism,and there is no support of result culture,and there is no process supervision mechanism,which leads to the lack of executive power.Finally,take the core driving factors that influence the corporate executive power under the corporate culture orientation as the main points,and identify the aspects that need to be improved under the corporate culture orientation,including: enriching the culture,standardizing execution;clear positioning,precise goals;standardizing responsibilities,performance management;paying attention to the process,and making a thorough conclusion,etc.,so as to form a corporate normative execution culture,and converge it into the source of the company’s sustainable development. |
