Along with the increase in infrastructure and public services in China demand,the comprehensive utility tunnel for urban roads,electricity,water supply and drainage,communication,thermal,comprehensive operation,effectively solve the problem of "zipper" of the road,in push forward the whole process cost management mode,to effectively solve the comprehensive valuation system of utility tunnel project is no more mature and the specification,design and construction of cabin design anticipation and the surrounding terrain is allowed to estimate super estimate,the budget exceeds the budgetary estimate,construction design change engineering claim problems and project the whole process of each project phase split problem such as information asymmetry,comb through analyzing project problems existing the whole process of cost structure,Using BIM technology to achieve the whole process cost control.The research contents of this paper include: firstly,the construction significance of comprehensive pipeline corridor project under the background of PPP financing mode is mainly elaborated,and the construction situation of comprehensive pipeline corridor project at home and abroad is briefly introduced.Secondly,the theoretical basis of the whole process cost management of the comprehensive pipe gallery project and the application key points of BIM technology in the whole process cost management of the comprehensive pipe gallery project are expounded.Then,through the case R project in the whole process of cost control in the implementation process of the problem analysis;In chapter 4,by constructing the whole process cost control mode of R project,AHP is used to find out the important control nodes in the early stage,design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and operation and maintenance stage of the whole process and the main factors affecting the cost.Chapter v R project using the BIM technology application and effect analysis,the whole process management model based on the establishment of the entire process cost control system,can make the cost of each stage stage closely united,solve the aim to share information between design major,enhances the working efficiency of the whole,effective control of project process to maximize project investment benefit.The application of BIM technology to fine management of the whole-process project cost management can effectively avoid uncontrollable factors,and greatly improve the cost management efficiency and resource utilization value scientifically,rationally and intelligently.
