With the accelerating urbanization process in China,urban pipeline problems have caused more and more troubles for urban residents,and urban underground integrated pipe corridors as an economical urban pipeline solution can effectively solve the problem of poor drainage of urban pipelines.Due to the road excavation due to pipeline reconstruction,the disorder of pipeline distribution,and the state's strong support for the construction of integrated pipe corridor project,the integrated pipe gallery is an important foundation for future urban construction.However,the integrated pipe gallery belongs to the underground project.It has the characteristics of large construction difficulty,large cost input,long construction work,many specialties and high safety requirements.During the construction process,there is conflict with the existing municipal pipelines in the underground,and the construction section is accompanied by Problems such as the construction of roads and other underground works and the complicated geological conditions of construction have brought many challenges to the construction of integrated pipe corridors.BIM technology has the characteristics of visualization,coordination,simulation and optimization.It is an important technical support in the construction of pipe corridors.In the construction stage,it can effectively improve construction efficiency,ensure project quality and reduce construction risks.This paper mainly discusses the application research of BIM technology in the construction of fabricated integrated pipe gallery.The paper introduces BIM technology in the construction of integrated integrated pipe gallery,and has done the following work on the main research issues:(1)Based on the introduction of the concept and characteristics of BIM technology and fabricated integrated pipe gallery,analyze the application advantages of BIM technology in the design stage of integrated assembly pipe,component production stage,pipe construction stage and operation and maintenance stage.(2)Analyze many problems existing in the construction process of assembled integrated pipe gallery and the construction process of assembled integrated pipe gallery,and determine the application points of BIM technology in pipe gallery construction,including:site layout,collision detection,engineering quantity extraction,progress control,hoisting simulation,etc.,and theoretical analysis of the application points of BIM technology.(3)Taking the underground comprehensive pipe gallery project of Runqi Road in Jiangning District of Nanjing as an example,using a variety of software and methods,from the BIM model of the pipe gallery,collision detection,extraction of engineering quantity,construction schedule simulation,construction scheme simulation and model roaming Explore the other aspects and complete the application research of BIM technology in the construction of fabricated integrated pipe gallery.The research in this paper shows that BIM technology has a strong effect on solving important problems in pipe arch engineering technology.Introducing BIM technology in the process of assembly-type integrated pipe gallery construction has great advantages,mainly reflected in shortening the project construction period and avoiding waste of construction resources.,reduce construction costs,etc.;Unity3d simulation platform is an engine that can complete construction simulation,and the development of construction simulation system on Unity3d platform is feasible.
