Study On The Factors Affecting The Cost Of Assembled Pipe Gallery

In recent years,with the acceleration of urban development in our country,more and more small and large cities are carrying out comprehensive pipe corridor construction and pilot projects.The construction of comprehensive pipe corridor has solved many problems of directly buried municipal pipelines,It's also improves the utilization rate of underground space and benefits the maintenance and management of later municipal pipelines.The composite pipe corridor is mainly divided into two forms,one is the cast-in-place comprehensive pipe corridor,the other is the assembly type comprehensive pipe corridor.But,the high cost of assembled pipe corridor.This is also an important reason why it is difficult to promote the fabricated pipe gallery.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the main influencing factors of the cost increase of assembled pipe corridor based on a completed assembled pipe corridor project in China,and tries to propose corresponding optimization measures for the main key influencing factors,so as to provide some ideas and references for reducing the cost of assembled pipe corridorFirst in this paper,the prefabricated pipe rack cost related basic concepts on the basis of theoretical study and the prefabricated pipe gallery and cast-in-situ corridor economic comparison and analysis,shows the prefabricated pipe gallery has great advantage in saving time.In this paper,HHM(hierarchical holographic modeling method)was used to identify the influencing factors of pipe corridor cost,and on this basis,a list of influencing factors of assembled pipe corridor cost was established,with a total of 29 factors.Secondly,the structural equation model is used to quantitatively analyze the main influencing factors,According to the analysis of the calculated path coefficient,The main factors affecting the assembled pipe corridor are the transportation distance,the choice of transportation scheme,the amortization cost of box culvert mold,the price of pipe corridor material,the turnover rate of pipe corridor mold,the integrity of the prefabricated industrial chain and the loading rate.This paper analyzes and optimizes the main influencing factors of assembled pipe gallery than cast-in-place pipe gallery,and puts forward some reasonable countermeasures for this project.
