With the rapid development of China's economy,China's infrastructure construction investment gradually increased,China's construction enterprises also showed a blowout development,so far more than 400,000.In such a competitive market,the development of the construction enterprise want to rapid and effective is in the limited market new mining field,new projects at the same time,this leads to a class of construction enterprises in the emergence of a widespread phenomenon,namely regional operation rolling development mode of operation,construction enterprises at the same time,the same geographic area,at the same time there are multiple independent project,the construction enterprises begin to take the project group of management rather than the traditional single project management.Can the project group management model maximize the value of multiple projects? Can the enterprise maximize its benefits? Is the main research problem of this paper.In this paper,based on the theory of integrated management,collaborative management,by building construction enterprise project group of management model,with a rail company as an example,analyses its project group of management and performance appraisal,draws the following conclusions: 1.The project group of management mode in financial performance,business process management and social responsibility,there is a huge advantage,not only can effectively control the whole process of project risk,improve the overall efficiency of the project,the narrowing the difference of the budget,and effective use of the project group of key resources,greatly strengthening the study of project personnel and innovation potential,effectively reduce the project cost,optimize the structure of income.2.The ideal value-added services provided by the single project management mode often result in high customer satisfaction.However,the disadvantages of this mode are also exposed,such as poor project risk control effect,low engineering efficiency,and general social impact,etc.,resulting in a slightly larger gap between the overall project performance and that of the project group.3.Construction enterprises can promote the effective implementation of project group management by improving their own management level and human resource management.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions,in the hope that construction enterprises can find an effective project management model,so as to maximize the value of the whole enterprise rather than pursue the success of a single project.
