Study On The Protection And Reuse Of Changchun Locomotive Factory From The Perspective Of Community Construction

With the rapid development of urbanization process,some buildings and equipment have been damaged,many industrial buildings have not been well disposed in the process of the times,which makes a lot of valuable historical wealth of industrial buildings built in the early days of the people's Republic of China lost.Through the construction of community in material and non-material aspects,this paper studies the protection and reuse of architectural remains from the perspective of community construction,and emphasizes the importance of community construction awareness for the protection and reuse of architectural remains.To solve the problem is not only to help the urban renewal,but also to respect the development of industrial history,to protect and utilize the wealth left by the architectural remains,so that the old industrial architectural remains can reach the unique protection height of cultural relics.Therefore,this paper aims at the research on the protection and reuse of Changchun locomotive factory from the perspective of community construction,combining with the planning of the protection and reuse of the architectural remains of Changchun locomotive factory,investigating and sorting out the development history and design overview of Changchun locomotive factory,and determining the important value of Changchun locomotive factory.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the present situation of the remains of Changchun locomotive works.This paper discusses the protection mode and re-use method of Changchun locomotive factory in combination with the characteristics of urban development and sections,so as to preserve its value to the maximum extent.Under the new planning and utilization,it can be well protected and re used,so as to inherit the historical industrial architecture context and leave some cultural values worth preserving for people.Based on the practical case of Qingdao Sifang locomotive factory community construction,this paper summarizes the trend and principle of protection and reuse of Changchun locomotive factory community construction,and puts forward the protection and reuse strategy as a valuable historical basis.Finally,through the future development of the former site of Changchun locomotive factory,we can provide reference for the future reconstruction and reuse of Changchun architectural relics.We can protect and reuse the industrial architectural relics from the perspective of community building,integrate the architectural relics into the possible conditions of future regional development,and study the ways and methods suitable for the protection and reuse of Changchun architectural relics.Changchun architectural heritage protection and reuse to provide reference guidance,explore new ways of historical block protection and reuse,to provide theoretical guidance for the healthy development of Changchun architectural heritage community.
