Research On Space Design Of Old Factory Building Reconstruction Based On The "City Regeneration" Theory

With the increasing attention of relevant industries both at home and abroad,the protection and transformation of industrial heritage has become a hot topic at present.Especially in recent years,there have been many excellent cases of optimization and transformation of old factories in industrial heritage both at home and abroad,which on the other hand have increased public awareness of the protection of industrial heritage.Therefore,the main direction of the study is to reconstruct the interior space of the old factories in the industrial heritage.After entering the twenty-first Century,the industrial architectural heritage has become a hot topic in Chinese contemporary architectural circles.After the founding of new China,in order to develop the economy rapidly,China accelerated the pace of development,the industrialization process promoted the rise of factories and mines,and the construction of the country intensified the exploitation of resources and energy.At the early stage of the founding of the people’s Republic of China,the social productivity was low and the economy was backward.The main task at that time was to develop.Therefore,the mode of development based on heavy industry became the main way to develop China’s economy.However,the rapid development of the short-term will inevitably lead to the unplanned development and construction,the emergence of factories and mines everywhere.After the reform and opening up China economy made remarkable achievements,with Chinese city development and the adjustment of the world industrial structure,China also rethinking in the development of the country’s population growth,city urbanization,the shortage of resources,the natural environment began to attract people’s attention.The previous development model dominated by heavy industry is no longer adapt to the development of the form of the times,originally from the city to the city because of mining factory expansion began gradually surrounded by the city,the construction of the city to stop production industry pace,resulting in a large number of industrial and mining the mining land idle,abandoned and dismantled will cause the waste of resources and environmental pollution,therefore,how to carry on these industrial construction sites and post mining land use scientifically and reasonably is the key researchsubject.In view of the protection and optimization of industrial heritage,western developed countries have formed a relatively perfect system and laws.Compared with western developed countries,our country in the field of landscape architecture and cultural heritage protection and regeneration research and Practice on the one hand,there are still many problems in recent years,although the degree of attention to this area continues to improve,but there are still many city with a large demolition and construction of the heavy price to economic development,resulting in a large number of valuable reserves study on the city and heritage does not exist.At the same time,due to the economic development and various aspects condition,the domestic big city will be transformed into a common industrial heritage cultural arts center,some small and medium-sized city in order to enhance their own style regardless of conditions have to follow,leading to subsequent a series of problems.In fact,for the transformation of industrial heritage in terms of domestic small and medium-sized city,should focus on the local historical background,fully excavate the regional characteristics and its deeper cultural value,can create a more diverse optimization path.Based on the development of a coastal city in Northeast China,this paper expounds the three aspects of the existing research results,including the industrial heritage and the optimization of the internal space of the old factory.In order to optimize the transformation of the old factory as the background,the optimization and transformation of the old factory of a coastal city as the main case study;the second part(the third chapter and the fourth chapter mainly describes the transformation process)and the method of the old factory optimization example project of industrial heritage in this paper,the methods and experiences of protection and optimized for similar types of industrial heritage case;the third part(the fifth chapter summary and conclusion)the practice of some methods of case project after the transformation,thus put forward the similar city of old industrial base in the industrial heritage protection and optimization Outlook and recommendations.
