During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,the Binhai area power grid has entered a period of great construction.The main tasks are to improve the main grid structure of35 kilovolts and above,to improve the development level of the rural power grid of10 kilovolts and below,and to improve the reliability of power supply of the Binhai area power grid in an all-round way.With the increase of power grid projects,the traditional concept of power grid project management cannot fully meet the current management requirements,and the corresponding need to change and improve the project management ability.In this thesis,the characteristics of power grid engineering,the current situation of power grid engineering management at home and abroad,evaluation methods and other aspects are studied,and through Delphi method,preliminary indicators suitable for power grid engineering projects are determined.In the quantitative evaluation,through the form of questionnaires,collect the data of each professional expert scoring the importance degree of each indicator,and analyzed the indicators by factor analysis,finally get the indicators of the whole process management evaluation system of power grid project of company B.From subjective and objective aspects,the initial weight of each indicator is determined by AHP,and the weight of each indicator is revised by entropy method.Finally,the weight of each indicator in the evaluation system is determined.In the qualitative evaluation,the concept of membership degree is introduced by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to solve the problem that some indicators are difficult to quantitatively evaluate,so as to ensure that the evaluation results of power grid projects are more accurate.Finally,through two examples of power grid projects,the whole process management level of the two projects is evaluated with the established evaluation system,then got the evaluation results,analyzed the existing shortcomings,and offer the suggestions for improvement in view of the current situation of power grid project management.The case analysis shows that the whole process management evaluation system of power grid engineering project of company B established in this thesis has certain universal applicability,has good effect on power grid engineering project evaluation,and has reference significance for all voltage level projects of power grid engineering.
