| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s nuclear power industry,the EPC project general contracting mode undertaken by professional nuclear power engineering companies has been rapidly promoted and has become the main mode of nuclear power projects under construction.China’s nuclear power industry started late,and the experience of EPC management mode is insufficient,so there is still much room for improvement.Procurement management is one of the key links in EPC project management.It plays an important role in ensuring the orderly development of project construction and maintaining the stable supply of equipment and materials.The level of enterprise procurement management directly affects the progress,quality and cost of EPC project.Taking G company,the general contractor of EPC nuclear power project,as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of G company’s procurement management,and finds out the problems existing in G company’s procurement management mode,procurement management strategy and supplier management;Then,the problems existing in the procurement management of G company’s nuclear power project are studied by using scientific methods such as Kraljic model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;Based on this,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement measures for the problems raised,which provides a method worthy of reference for G company’s procurement management. |
