The high-speed railway hub has the characteristics of "huge space",which intensively carries the behavior activities of all kinds of people in the city,forming a complex space system,and the public space system of high-speed railway hub which directly carries the behavior activities of people is also a complex system.From the perspective of Station-City integration,this paper systematically summarizes the public space of high-speed railway hub and studies the multi-dimensional "publicness".It emphasizes the urban place value and traffic node value of high-speed railway hub public space at the same time,and analyzes how it plays the role of "adhesive" between high-speed railway passenger station and surrounding cities,which is in line with the high-speed railway hub in the process of Station-City integration The characteristics of dynamic development and multi-agent participation are of great significance to grasp the composition of public space system of high-speed railway hub and its benign dynamic development law in the process of integrated development of stations and cities in China.Since the end of 1990 s,many problems have accumulated in the spatial construction of high-speed railway hub areas in China.From the perspective of urban design and site design,they are shown in the following aspects: first,the design of high-speed railway hub stations in China focuses on the transportation planning of motor vehicles,while neglecting the connection of pedestrian system to the public space inside and outside the high-speed railway hub,resulting in the viaduct between the hub and the city The separation of carriageway and the fragmentation of public space at all levels inside and outside the hub;secondly,the public space inside and outside the high-speed railway hub has such problems as space marginalization,lack of vitality,lack of accessibility,lack of flexibility,backward management and operation mode,and lack of regionality;thirdly,the design of a large number of high-speed railway hubs focuses on the additional aesthetic value of "God perspective",neglecting In the process of interaction between complex people and public space of traffic buildings,the "publicness" of urban public space is shown;fourthly,the research on public space of high-speed railway hub in China focuses on the square in front of the station and the transfer space,and ignores the method of system integration to summarize and analyze the integrity of public space of high-speed railway hub.Starting from the practical problems,this paper summarizes the current problems and causes of the public space of high-speed railway hub,and makes it clear that the root lies in the lack of systematic integration and multi-dimensional "publicness" optimization and upgrading of the public space of high-speed railway hub,and then conducts the basic theoretical research of the public space of high-speed railway hub from the perspective of Station-City integration and public space "publicness".Among them,the research content from the perspective of Station-City integration includes the relevant theory and practice of Station-City integration development,the scope definition,type analysis,summary of type definition methods and mode carding of high-speed railway hub public space,which provides basic theoretical support for the construction of high-speed railway hub public space system in the following paper;the research content package from the perspective of "publicness" of public space It includes the origin of the theory of "publicness" in the eastern and western social background,the carding of the evaluation model and dimension of "publicness",the summary of the evaluation dimension of "publicness" and the change of "publicness" in the public space with the development of Japan's rail transit in the past 100 years as an example.On this basis,based on the basic theoretical research,the author selects four Shinkansen hubs in Japan and high-speed railway hubs in China for on-the-spot investigation,and makes a detailed investigation and analysis from the basic situation of hubs,spatial layout,entrance and exit composite space,station front composite space,boarding and landing space,pedestrian system and urban public space directly connected with the pedestrian system,so as to build a high-speed railway hub The common space system and its characteristics and problems are analyzed.Secondly,the author takes the "publicness" multi-dimensional evaluation of the public space system of the high-speed railway hub as the goal,explains the evaluation dimensions,analyzes the influencing factors of the evaluation indexes,and tries to build the evaluation index system and scoring standards.Finally,in order to verify the rationality and operability of the evaluation system,the author selects two sub-systems of public space to carry out multi-dimensional evaluation of the above-mentioned four hub cases,and puts forward targeted optimization and upgrading strategies according to the evaluation results,so as to provide targeted support for the continuous renewal and transformation of public
